The house rules — cancellations, pricing, and our promise to make it right. Effective July 16, 2026.
Appointments & cancellation
A card holds your appointment; you're only charged for late cancellations. Cancel or reschedule anytime up to 24 hours before your visit at no cost. Inside 24 hours we charge 50% of the booked service; no-shows are charged in full.
Running late
Life happens — if you're more than 15 minutes late we may need to shorten or rebook your service so the next guest starts on time.
Pricing
Listed prices are starting points. Length, density, and time can adjust the final quote; your stylist confirms pricing at consultation before any work begins. You'll never be surprised at checkout.
Redo & satisfaction
If something isn't right, tell us within 7 days and we'll make it right with a complimentary adjustment by the same stylist. We don't offer refunds on services, but we stand behind every result.
AI try-on previews
Try-on images are AI-generated inspiration, not a promise of an exact result. Your stylist translates the look to your hair's reality — condition, history, and texture all matter.
Gift cards & retail
Gift cards never expire and are redeemable for services and retail. Unopened retail products can be exchanged within 30 days with a receipt.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no attempts to access other guests' data, disrupt the booking system, or submit content that is unlawful or abusive. We may suspend accounts that do.
