Privacy Policy
The short version: we collect only what we need to book you and take care of your hair, we never sell it, and you can see or delete it anytime. Effective July 16, 2026.
What we collect
When you book or create an account we collect your name, email, phone number, appointment details, and any notes you share (like color history or allergies). If you use the AI try-on, your photo is sent to our image-processing provider solely to generate your preview — it is not stored on our servers and never used to train models.
How we use it
We use your information to confirm and remind you about appointments, keep your service history so your stylist can pick up where you left off, and — only if you opt in — send occasional studio news. We never sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers who make the studio run: our booking database, our card processor (they see your card, we never do), our SMS/email reminder service, and our AI image provider for try-on previews. Each receives only what it needs.
How long we keep it
Appointment and account records are kept while your account is active so we can honor your service history. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or payment-dispute reasons.
Cookies & analytics
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in and privacy-friendly first-party analytics (page views and feature usage, tied to no advertising networks). No third-party ad trackers run on this site.
Your choices
You can view your bookings anytime in your account, opt out of marketing with one tap, and request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing hello@rowanhairstudio.com or asking at the front desk.
