What will it actually cost?
Listed prices are starting points. Length, density and time can adjust the final quote, which your stylist confirms before you begin — no surprises.
Can I preview a look first?
Yes — our AI try-on lets you see a color or cut on your own selfie before you sit down. It's for inspiration; your stylist perfects the real thing.
What's your cancellation policy?
A card holds your appointment. Please give us 24 hours for changes — late cancels and no-shows may be charged, out of fairness to our stylists' time.
Do you fix color from another salon?
Often, yes — color corrections are one of our specialties. Book a consultation with Rowan and bring photos; we'll give you an honest, healthy plan.
Where are you and is there parking?
