Pick your service and stylist, and use the notes field for anything that matters: past color (especially box dye — we won't judge), allergies, inspiration photos you'll bring. Coming in for color or extensions for the first time? Book the consultation — it's how we get the result right the first time. Arrive with hair as you normally wear it; for color, don't wash it that morning.
Fifteen honest minutes.
Every first appointment starts in the chair with a real conversation: what you love, what you're done with, how much maintenance you'll actually enjoy. Your stylist checks your hair's condition and history, then quotes the exact price and time before anything touches your hair. If your goal takes two sessions to do safely, we'll say so.
Settle in — you're here for the good part.
Coffee, tea, or something sparkling; a chair you won't want to leave; and Olaplex in every color service because your hair's health is the whole point. Balayage runs about three hours, cuts about an hour — check your booking confirmation for your exact timing.
