The fine print (it's short)
Never expires. Redeemable for any service or product. If the service costs less, the balance stays on the card; if more, pay the difference. Lost the physical card? We keep a record — the front desk can reissue it.

Ask the front desk (bottom-left) what a lived-in balayage or a keratin treatment runs, or browse services & pricing. When in doubt: $100 gets a cut plus a treatment, and the reaction is worth every cent.
